About Adam Shattuck
Originally from Indiana, Adam started his career in entertainment early in life. From a young age, Adam always had a creative edge. His first exposure was working as a Stage Hand in his middle school’s theater program, then progressing to become their Technical Director for all of the stage work. Adam continued to do this into high school and then for his junior and senior year, he got the opportunity to attend a specialized career center high school as well, where he dove into the TV Broadcasting world at Ben Davis Television.
While at Ben Davis, Adam originally started as a shooter & editor for the program. He accelerated in that position and he became the program's Technical Director, having control on every newscast they would release. Over the two year span with Ben Davis Television, they received multiple awards from the Indiana Association of School Broadcasters, with Adam being involved with 9 various awards, including Newscast of the Year two years in a row. Being involved with Ben Davis Television also lead to other opportunities around Central Indiana, including working with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Indiana Pacers, Lucas Oil Stadium, and multiple other organizations in the area.
After his success at Ben Davis Television, Adam made the move to Los Angeles to attend The Los Angeles Film School. While in attendance, Adam Studied Film Production & Cinematography, eventually graduating with two film degrees, one in film production, and one in Cinematography. While Enrolled in the school, Adam received an internship with Riveting Entertainment, which is a production company specializing in High Concept Music Videos & Commercials. Adam did two internships with the company, a production internship, and a Post Production internship, and was eventually hired as an Assistant Editor to Join their Post Production Department.
Today, Adam is a Freelance Cinematographer in Southern California.
